- Check-in starts at 3pm. It ends at 11am on the day of check-out.

- Route from the airport: Renting a car on your way out of the airport is recommended. We can also suggest great taxi drivers, if needed. Normally, the trip between Recife and Tamandaré takes around 1h30 to 2h.

- Voltage: 220V.

- We take no responsibility for any objects left in the condo.

- For any damage caused to the property, beds or bathroom, the guests will be charged for a replacement or equivalent amount.

- Maximum speed allowed on the condominium roads 20 Km/h.

- From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., it is forbidden to produce sounds that may disturb the peace and well-being of others.

- It is forbidden to use any type of stereo in the common areas that disturb other tenants.

- In the pool areas, including the interior and its edges, drinks will be allowed only with the use of plastic and/or acrylic cups.

- Glass cups are allowed on the pool area if kept in coolers, and the use of the cooler box cannot be used on the edges of the pool.

- In the internal area and on its edges, the consumption of any food is prohibited.

- Balls and games are forbidden inside the pool.

- It is forbidden for animals to remain in the common areas.

- Animals must circulate to the entrance/exit gate with a leash.

- Wristbands are mandatory for all seasonal tenants and visitors.

- It is mandatory to collect animal feces.

- It is forbidden to park in red areas and curbs with yellow paint.
