- Route from the airport: Renting a car on your way out of the airport is recommended. We can also suggest great taxi drivers, if needed. Normally, the trip between Recife and Tamandaré takes around 1h30 to 2h.
- Musical instruments and sound equipment are not allowed on the external areas.

- We take no responsibility for any objects left in the condo.
- For any damage caused to the property, beds or bathroom, the guests will be charged for a replacement or equivalent amount.
- On the ground floor, there is a large bin, where garbage from the apartment can be deposited.
- Food and groceries: on the ground floor, there is a convenience store. The city also has several stores.
- Electronic equipment and lights: please turn off everything on the way out and leave the key at the reception desk.
- Bathroom: please do not discard paper in the toilet.
- Tours: if needed, we can recommend great restaurants, snack bars, boats and tours around the region.
- By the rules of the condominium, the following are not allowed: entry of guests and pets, tenants and visitors. In addition, children must circulate in the condominium accompanied by their parents or guardians.
- In Tamandaré there aren't many ATMs available. The best option is to bring cash (Reais) for daily use.
